Shipping Policy

Orders received by 9am AEST Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day pending credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours pending credit verification.
A tracking number will be issued at time of order confirmation.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over AU$100. For all orders under AU$100, a flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
All domestic orders will be sent out using the Sendle delivery network. For most metro cities, delivery will take between 1-3 business days. For regional areas, delivery will take 2-7 days. Your signature will be requested upon delivery.
International Shipping
Shipping to New Zealand will incur a AU$15 shipping fee. Delivery time will take between 4-6 days.
For shipping to all other international locations, we offer a flat shipping rate of AU$30. Delivery time will be; 
- North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific; 6-13 business days
- Rest of the world; 10-15 business days
For international orders, you may be responsible for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Return Policy

We happily accept returns on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange, credit note or refund. All items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached. All footwear must have original, undamaged shoeboxes with no sole markings or scratches.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

We will review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
Please note that sizing of products displayed on our site may vary.
If a product/s is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at info@pictclothing.com as soon you discover the fault.
We will repair the fault if possible. In the event that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product.
Please send a photograph of the fault, this will prevent any possible delays in the returns process. Upon receiving the defective product, we will then need to approve the claim.
